Video of the conditions inside the Indianapolis restaurant, Jordan's Fish and Chicken has gone viral after a customer decided he wanted a better look at what was going on behind the scenes.

The video exposes appalling sanitary conditions, where food is prepared on the floor, and barefoot employees are forced to repeatedly step over bins of ingredients. A continuation of the video shows a mouse out in the open on the floor of the restaurant.

The man filming is immediately pestered by employees who try and force him out of the restaurant's back area, and one worker covers his face from the camera. The customer's persistence is awarded a viral video, and consequences for the business.
After the video went viral, health inspectors arrived Monday morning to find Jordan's Fish and Chicken abandoned. The location was then met with protests from local community leaders. The restaurant was reportedly already facing increased scrutiny for numerous complaints, including garbage pileups, and improper grease disposal.
Even the name of the restaurant is under dispute, as a different Jordan's Fish and Chicken is accusing the business of ripping off their name. That Jordan's is apparently a well-known brand in central Indiana with multiple locations.
It would seem that the restaurant has a long way to go if it hopes to regain the privilege of selling food, and owner Omar Siedahmed has yet to be reached for comment.
